With your registration you commit yourself to the payment of the conference registration fee.
Cancellation before 29 August 2017 is possible without any charge. No refund is granted in case of cancellation after 29 August 2017.
Please note that conference participants are requested to organize their journey from home to Queens and back as well as their accommodation individually.
Participants are responsible for their usual insurance coverage (health, travel, legal liability).

Speaker, delivering a conference paper: USD 250.00
Post-conference tour fee
all participants: USD 70.00
Registration fee includes: Attendance of all conference sessions including coffee/tea breaks, lunches, dinners as indicated on the conference program, transports and expenses for museum visits and guided tours from 29 September - 2 October 2017.
Please note that there is no reduction in fees for partial attendance.
