Reopening of Panorama Mesdag on 28 March 2015

On Saturday, March 28th the official reopening of the renovated Panorama Mesdag took place in The Hague/Netherlands.

After a period of restoration and renovation, the museum is more than ever ready to receive visitors in the renewed buildings and the new exhibition halls. The museum is ready for the Mesdag year, which takes place this year. After the renovation, the museum has more space for the presentation of temporary exhibitions. The permanent collection has a new design that provides more information about the life and work of Hendrik Willem Mesdag and his wife Sientje Mesdag-van Houten.
Besides a museum café and an inviting museum shop, the museum now has multi-purpose rooms for organizing lectures, events and for lease.
