Registration and Payment
The conference registration fee covers attendance to all conference sessions, conference attendee pack (program, badge, flyers, etc.), lunches, and coffee/tea breaks as well as conference-related dinners, museum visits and guided tours from September 19 – 22, 2018. The 5th day trip to Panorama 1326 Museum in Bursa will move forward as planned if there is sufficient participation (15 minimum). Please note that there is no reduction in fees for partial attendance.

Enrolled IPC member: Euro 240
Student: Euro 200
Speaker, delivering a conference paper: Euro 200
Optional 5th day Trip to Panorama 1326 Museum in Bursa
All participants: Euro 100
With your registration, you commit yourself to the payment of the conference registration fee. Cancellation before August 19, 2018 is possible without any charge. No refund is granted in case of cancellation after August 19, 2018.
Please note that conference participants are requested to organize their journey from home to Istanbul and back, airport transfers, as well as their accommodation individually. Participants are responsible for their usual insurance coverage (health, travel, legal liability).
