Secretariat

The Operational Secretariat, consisting of the Executive Board and eventually staff members of IPC, is the operational centre of IPC. It evaluates and initiates programs, handles membership files, records and manages finances, and protects and promotes the identity of the organisation. Staff members may be invited to take part in the meetings of the Executive Board without right to vote.
