Research question

Gene Meier is very concerned about documenting the origins of international rotunda panorama cartel in Belgium--and Europe and USA—in 1878,1879,1880,1881,1882,1883, etc.. He has the American version of this story from American newspapers, in the American/English language, from the American point of view. But what would this story be like in Belgian newspapers from the Belgian point of view--or German newspapers from the German point of view--or French newspapers from the French point of view--or Switzerland, or England, or Russia...? Gene Meier asks IPC members from these different countries to send to him newspaper articles from their respective countries, in their respective languages 1878-1883 that tell about the origin of the international panorama cartels as they affected these respective countries. The result will bring better understanding to the world wide/global impact of rotunda panorama in the last years of the 19th century.
